Sunset Clause: Meldungen nach § 29 Abs. 1b und 1c AMG

Die Sunset-Clause-Anwendung wird durch eine neue Anwendung abgelöst. Die bisherige Anwendung wird zum 17.03.2020 um 17:30 Uhr abgeschaltet. D. h. ab diesem Zeitpunkt können keine Meldungen nach § 29 Abs. 1b bzw. 1c AMG mehr über die Fachanwendung eingereicht werden. Die neue Fachanwendung zur Sunset-Clause (SSC) soll zeitnah im PharmNet.Bund-Portal zur Verfügung stehen. Sollten sich aufgrund der Umstellung der Datenbanken Verzögerungen im Freigabeprozess ergeben, können die SSC-Meldungen auch abweichend von den geltenden Fristen zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt eingereicht werden. Dieses soll dann zeitnah nach der Inbetriebnahme der Fachanwendung SSC erfolgen.

Sunset Clause: Notifications according to Section 29 sub-sections 1b and 1c AMG

The Sunset Clause application will be replaced by a new application. The previous application will be switched off on 17 March 2020 at 5:30 pm. This means that as of this date, no more notifications according to Section 29 (1b) or (1c) AMG can be submitted via this application. A new specialist application for the Sunset Clause (SSC) will be available on the PharmNet.Bund portal in the near future. If there are delays in the release process due to the conversion of the databases, the SSC notifications can also be submitted at a later date in deviation from the applicable deadlines. This should be done promptly after the SSC application has been put into operation.
